2007-08 Buffalo Sabers
What an up and down season for Sabers fans. After roaring into a season that had the best record in the league and leading in goals, with Buffalo fans buying out every ticket for a team poised to get the Stanley Cup. Unfortunately, other teams on the ice were ready for the Sabers, and fought them until they ran out of steam - and things just got worse from there. After a hand wringing overtime loss to the Ottawa Senators, the Sabers lost their captains to free agency. On Black Sunday, as it is now known, Daniel briere and Chris Drury went to the Flyers and Rangers, respectively, easily the Sabers’ biggest rivals. There is definitely a question mark on the Sabers’ future now. But fans can rest assured that their team can play, and play well.

From the North from I-190 South
You may exit either of two exits:
* Exit 5 (Louisiana Street): the bottom of the exit, turn left. Turn onto Perry Street (1st light)
* or onto South Park Avenue (2nd light).
* HSBC Arena is straight ahead.
* Parking is available just past Michigan.
Alternative Route:
* Exit 6 (Elm Street): As you exit the 190, bear left to the ramp
* Turn right onto Seneca Street.
* Take Michigan Street over the bridge.
* HSBC Arena will be on your right.
* Parking is available in the lot and ramp off both Perry and South Park Streets.
From the South, East, and West
You may exit at either of two exits:
* Exit 5 (Hamburg Street)
* At the exit, turn right onto Hamburg Street.
* Turn right onto Perry Street (1st light).
* The HSBC Arena is straight ahead.
* Parking is available off South Park Avenue, just past Michigan Street.
Alternative Route:
* Exit 6 (Elm Street)
* As you exit the 190, bear right to the ramp.
* Turn right onto Seneca Street.
* Take Michigan Street over the bridge.
* HSBC Arena will be to your right.
* Parking is available in the lot and ramp off both Perry and South Park Streets.
